Question: how does gravitational force happen

Gravitational force, also known as gravity, is the force that stops everything on the earth floating away. It is a pull from the centre of the earth and the size of the pull depends on the mass of the object on the surface. However, the gravitational force on earth is stronger than the moon which is why we float about on the moon!
