      Great question! This has remained a bit of a mystery to scientists for years, but it’s believed that genetics may play a big part in being left- or right-handed. Apparently, in 2013, a group of scientific researchers identified an entire network of genes that play a role in making us left- or right-handed….so there may be much to more it than we originally thought!
