Skin colouring comes from a pigment (coloured molecule) called Melanin. Depending on the amount of melanin in your skin, you can vary from very pale (almost white) to dark brown (what we would call black skin). If you want a colour different to this, you have to inject dyes via tattooing or similar. Then you can be any colour you like, but be careful – it’s very difficult, expensive and painful to undo!
