Apparently the studies have shown that when we are crying we flush all the negative chemicals related to stress from our body. There are studies which found elevated levels of chemicals related to stress (e.g. ACTH) present in the ‘stress tears’. Crying can also helps us to release tension and supressed emotions, clear our heads and reduce the stress levels. So as you can see it is someitme sbetter ot have a good cry then bottle everything up 🙂
